NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 25, 2009, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for waiver of the requirements of paragraph 64B17-3.001(4)(j), Florida Administrative Code. Paula Mayorga seeks a waiver of the requirement that applicants who did not receive their education in English, obtain a minimum score of 24 on the speaking portion of the TOEFL exam.
