64B2-13.004: Continuing Education

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 07, 2009, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for Mitchell L. Eiseman, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B2-13.004(2), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that only those classroom hours earned at Board approved continuing education courses or under the provisions of this rule are acceptable.
