Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of Stephen Haire, M.D., on October 19, 2012. The Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of Rule 64B8-9.014, F.A.C., and asks whether a physician group may establish a telemedicine/telehealth consulting service for company employees based upon the arrangements outlined in the Petition.
