NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics has received the petition for declaratory statement from Linda Chan Yun, One Source Medical Supply, LLC., 1829 Park Lane South, Suites 8 & 9, Jupiter, Fl 33458-8086.  The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Florida Statute 499.01, Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act; as it applies to the petitioner.

One Source Medical Supply's physical presence is in Florida, located at 1829 Park Lane South, Suites 8 & 9, Jupiter, Fl 33458-8086. One Source Medical does not manufacturer, repackage or distribute any prescription drugs. One Source Medical is a medical supply company that drop ships its products from local distributors using common carriers, (FedEx, UPS, USPS) throughout the U.S.  They do maintain an active inventory of all supplies for walk-in business. The petitioner is requesting a letter from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics stating that their company, One Source Medical Supply, LLC is not required to obtain a permit issued by the Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics.
