NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 204, October 18, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following language has been added after the sentence “The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein:”

The funding awarded under the Principal Reduction program is provided to the public at no cost.

This correction does not affect the substance of the rule as originally published.
