NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION FOR WAIVER/VARIANCE

The Board of Accountancy hereby gives notice that the petition filed by Tracie Fiduccia, on May 31, 2013, seeking a variance or waiver from paragraphs 61H1-27.002(2)(a) and (b), Florida Administrative Code, has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition published in Vol. 39, No. 125, of the June 27, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
