DEO Final Order Nos.: DEO-13-113 and DEO-13-114
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order Nos. DEO-13-113 and DEO-13-114 on October 22, 2013, in response to applications submitted by Deer Run Homeowners Association #6, Inc., and Tuskawilla Point Homeowners’ Association, Inc., respectively, for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the applications met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Orders approved the applications for covenant revitalization.
