NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 3, 2014, the Board of Nursing Home Administrators received a petition for variance of subsection 64B10-15.0021(1) and Rule 64B10-15.002, F.A.C., filed by Carolyn Moore, requesting a variance of the requirement that: for subsection 64B10-15.0021(1), providers from which education seminars, training or participation are sought must be “approved providers”; for Rule 64B10-15.002, continuing education approval be granted for a food training seminar, a home study course and participation on a national task force for long-term care as outlined in said petition. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for December 12, 2014.
