PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.081, Florida Administrative Code, is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table, __________________. The amendment updates rates for the following services: life skills development, personal supports, private duty nursing, residential habilitation, residential nursing, skilled nursing, and respite. Additionally, the amendment removes occupational therapy-assessment and physical therapy-assessment. They are replaced with occupational therapy evaluation and physical therapy evaluation. Enhanced intensive behavioral residential habilitation-day and month services have been added.

(1) This rule applies to all providers that render Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver services to recipients.

(2) Florida Medicaid reimburses providers in accordance with the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table, _________August 2016, incorporated by reference.
