The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

On October 20, 2017, the Department received a request withdrawing the Petition for variance from Baptist Hospital, filed September 22, 2017, and advertised on September 28, 2017, in Vol.43, No. 188, of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petition for variance requested a variance from Rule 2.7.1.1.1, ASME A17.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety is taking no further action on the petition (VW2017-166).
