The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

that on June 18, 2018, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, received a petition for permanent waiver of subsection 11B-35.0011(h), F.A.C. from Eddie Bailey. Petitioner wishes to waive that portion of the Rule that states, in pertinent part: (h) A passing score on a Commission-approved Basic Abilities Test is valid four years from the date of the test. Notice of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on 6-25-18 at 44/123. The Petition for Permanent Waiver of subsection 11B-35.0011(1), F.A.C., was GRANTED on August 17, 2018. Petitioner met the standard for obtaining the waiver.
