The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

that on July 5, 2018, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, received a petition for permanent waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C. from Xavier Robinson. Notice of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on 7-16-18 at 44/137. The Petition for Permanent Waiver was GRANTED on August 17, 2018. Petitioner met the standard for obtaining the waiver.
