    11B-35.0011Basic Abilities Test Requirements for Applicant Admission into a Law Enforcement and Correctional Basic Recruit Training Program

    The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

    that on December 03, 2018, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, received a petition for a permanent waiver of paragraph 11B-35.0011(1)(h), F.A.C., from William Padgett. Petitioner wishes to waive that portion of the Rule that states, in pertinent part: A passing score on a Commission-approved Basic Abilities Test is valid four years from the date of the test. Notice of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on 12-14-19 at 44/242. The Petition for Permanent Waiver was GRANTED on February 18, 2019. Petitioner met the standard for obtaining the waiver.
