The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:
that on April 03, 2019, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, received a petition for a permanent waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., from Michael David Wilson. Petitioner wishes to permanently waive that portion of the Rule that states: (a) Within 4 years of the beginning date of a Commission-approved Basic Recruit Training Program, an individual shall successfully complete the program, achieve a passing score on the applicable State Officer Certification Examination, and gain employment, and certification as an officer. Notice of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on 04-04-19 at 45/66. The Petition for Permanent Waiver was GRANTED on May 9, 2019. Petitioner met the standard for obtaining the waiver.
