GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Changes to proposed amendments to Rule 40D-1.65, F.A.C., will be considered. The proposed amendments adopt a flow meter test form to be used to demonstrate meter testing and reporting accuracy as required by Chapter 40D-2, F.A.C., Water Use Permits. The changes to the proposed amendments are in response to comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
