NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on September 29, 2008, the Board of Accountancy has received the petition for declaratory statement from William J. Tarras, C.P.A., P.A. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 473.302(7)(a) and (c) and 473.3205, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
