PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to implement statutory changes in ch. 2016-166, Laws of Florida, related to an initial registration fee waiver for an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces, the spouse of such a veteran, or a business entity that has a majority ownership held by such a veteran or spouse in multiple program areas within the Division of Consumer Services. The rulemaking incorporates a department form to be utilized by persons seeking a fee waiver.
