    NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

    FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (FFONSI)

    CHARLOTTE COUNTY

     

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Charlotte County’s Ingram Boulevard watermain project and two Myakka River crossing projects are not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated project cost is $8 million. The project may qualify for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
