NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Wirex USA Inc. on July 29, 2019. The following is a summary of the agency's declination of the petition: On October 23, 2019, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order on Petition for Declaratory Statement. The Petition filed by Wirex USA Inc. is DENIED. Petitioner asks whether it will be subject to Chapter 560, Florida Statutes, in conducting its proposed business activities. A declaratory statement is not available to Petitioner at this time because some of the facts provided in the Petition are not clearly delineated. Any further analysis regarding the Petition is unnecessary and the Office therefore makes no determination regarding the merits of Petitioner's arguments relating to this issue. ******The original petition was published July 31, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register Volume 45, Number 148.
