NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 18, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Homewood Suites by Hilton Brandon at 10240 Palm River Rd, Tampa, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1b, Section 212.1, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires wire rope suspension means which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
