NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regulatory Council of Community Association Mangers has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from John Kuhn, filed on October 14, 2019. The Petitioner did not identify a statute, rule, or order for the Council to interpret.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
