    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Based on the outcome and feedback on the 2023 trial season, the Commission will consider a rule amendment that would change the Pasco County Zone bay scallop season. The effect of this rule amendment would be to change the Pasco County Zone bay scallop season start date and lengthen the 10-day season in future years.
