NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 21, 2013, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board received a petition for a permanent waiver or variance of Rule 61J1-10.002, F.A.C., filed by John Price, in regards that an applicant for registration as a trainee real estate appraiser must meet the requirement that the applicant has successfully completed at least 100 hours classroom hours in approved academic courses in subjects related to real estate appraisal.
