    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Catholic Health Services, Inc., and Catholic Housing for the Elderly & Handicapped, Inc., d/b/a/ Catholic Housing Management, filed on October 22, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsections 475.011(2) and (4), Florida Statutes, and specifically whether the proposed interlocking corporate structure continues to qualify Petitioners for the statutory exemption from licensing and/or registration under Chapter 475, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
