    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rulemaking is to bring these Rules into compliance with chapter 2023-144, Laws of Florida, by removing the conviction requirement from the reward criteria for the Anti-Fraud Reward Program. This proposed rulemaking will also address and clarify the Department’s application process and the reward criteria, amounts, and determinations.
