PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.190, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Laboratory Services Coverage Policy, _______. The revised coverage policy will include Florida Medicaid coverage of biomarker testing pursuant to sections 409.906 and 409.9745 Florida Statutes, (F.S.).

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Laboratory Services. An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact Rule 59G-4.190, F.A.C., will have as provided for under sections 120.54 and 120.541, F.S.
