PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect is to consider modificaitons to the documentation and standards required of licensed institutions during provisional and beginning annual license to assist the Commission in making determinations of financial soundness. In addition, the purpose and effect is to consider modifications to the standards for educational programs for occupations that require certification or testing and modifications to the Administrative Organization standard for transcript integrity
