    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 23, 2012, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Eric S. Hansen.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rules 64B2-18.001 and 64B2-18.0075, F.A.C. as it applies to the petitioner.
