NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 47, October 10, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The correction is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated October 12, 2012. The correction is as follows:

The DATE NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT PUBLISHED IN FAR:  will be corrected to read as August 3, 2012.
