NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION HEARING CANCELLATION
The Department of Environmental Protection announces the cancellation of a hearing:

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:
CANCELLATION OF HEARING: The certification hearing scheduled for November 6, 2018, and noticed on September 21, 2018, for the proposed Shady Hills Electric Center, LLC’s Shady Hills Combined Cycle Facility, Power Plant Site Certification Application number PA18-59, Division of Administrative Hearings Case No. 18-000995EPP, Department of Environmental Protection Office of General Counsel Case No. 18-0119 has been cancelled. In accordance with the Florida Electrical Power Plant Siting Act, subsection 403.508(6), F.S., on October 19, 2018, all parties to this proceeding stipulated that there are no disputed issues of material fact or law to be raised at the certification hearing and filed a motion requesting that the Administrative Law Judge cancel the certification hearing and relinquish jurisdiction to the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to paragraph 403.508(6)(a), F.S. On October 22, 2018, Administrative Law Judge E. Gary Early issued an order granting the request pursuant to paragraph 403.508(6)(b), F.S. Pursuant to subsection 403.509(1), F.S., the Department of Environmental Protection will prepare and issue a Final Order.
