    The DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This hearing is being conducted to document changes to jurisdictions found on Form DR-350900, 2018 Insurance Premium Tax Information for Schedules XII and XIII, Form DR-908, incorporated in Rule 12B-8.003, F.A.C. Notification of these changes was provided to the Department after the publication of the Notice of Proposed Rule on September 14, 2018. A Notice of Change detailing the jurisdiction changes will be published after the conclusion of the hearing.
