PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This rule is being amended to revise the current Adjusted Score Design Build (ASDB) final selection formula to align with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 23, Chapter 1, Subchapter G, Part 636 Design-Build Contracting (23 CFR Part 636), two-phase selection.
