The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, November 8, 2006, 2:00 p.m.; Thursday, November 9, 2006, 9:00 a.m. The meetings will end on each day upon completion of the business determined by the Governing Board to be addressed on that particular day.
PLACE: Ocean Reef Club, North Ballroom, 35 Ocean Reef Drive, Key Largo, Florida 33037
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Governing Board Workshop, and Regular Governing Board Meeting to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters. Governing Board action may be taken at either the Workshop or Regular Governing Board meeting.
All or part of these meetings may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of Governing Board members.

Appeals from any South Florida Water Management District Board decision require a record of the proceedings. Although Governing Board meetings and hearings are normally recorded, affected persons are advised that it may be necessary for them to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
