State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration (Agency) is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for School-Based Nursing, Psychological, Social Work, and Therapy services. This amendment will include technical and editorial updates, and will address legislative changes that allow the Agency to reimburse Medicaid enrolled private and charter schools for services rendered in the school setting for children under the age of 21 years. This amendment to the State Plan will have a federal fiscal impact of $6,259,041 in federal funds for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2016-17 and $6,286,740 in federal funds for FFY 2017-18.
