PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The changes proposed herein will update references to the Code of Federal Regulations and clarify requirements for registered meter mechanics. In addition, the proposed changes will conform rule and incorporated material with those changes implemented by the Florida Legislature in Ch. 2021-97, L.O.F.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: References to the Code of Federal Regulations; clarified requirements for registered meter mechanics; and updated security measures rule and FDACS-03577, Request for Approval of Alternative Security Measure for statutory compliance.
