PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to implement statutory changes passed during the 2023 Legislative Session.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rulemaking will address requirements for the Hemp Program, and update definitions, penalties for violations and the requirements related to hemp contaminants and limits, packaging, labeling, and advertising.
