Construction Industry Licensing Board
Notice is hereby given that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of Jeffrey M. Nichols/American Tennis Courts, Inc. on October 20, 2014. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to whether his company should apply for a specialized construction license in Florida because that is the type of license he holds in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
