Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 165, August 24, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
61G20-1.001 Florida Building Code Adopted
(1) The Florida Building Code, 5th Edition (2014), as updated by the Florida Building Commission on November 13, 2014, and modified by the Florida Building Commission on June 8, 2016, and October 13, 2016, incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted as the building code for the State of Florida.
