    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Scientific Peer Review Panel Meeting and Field Trip for the proposed Minimum Flow for the Crystal River/Kings Bay Springs System. The meeting will commence as a filed trip at the Hunter Spring Park and include panelist introductions and a Sunshine Law review, followed by visits to other field sites. The field trip will be conducted to familiarize the panelists with the field sites in advance of performing the scientific peer review for the Minimum Flow proposed for the Crystal River/Kings Bay System. The meeting will end at the Southwest Florida Water Management District Headquarters where the panelists will begin their scientific review of the proposed Minimum Flow. Minutes of this meeting will be available no later than November 11, 2016.

    NOTE: One or more members of the District’s Governing Board may attend this meeting.
