PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rulemaking is necessary to establish a process by which an inmate not being released to supervision is provided notice of all outstanding terms of the inmate’s sentence at the time of release. The notice will include language related to the prison releasee reoffender provisions of s. 775.082, F.S.
