A SERC, provided by the District, supports the Amended Petition to expand the District. The complete text of the SERC is contained as Exhibit G to the Amended Petition.

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: 1) no requirement for a SERC was triggered under Section 120.54(3)(b) and Section 120.54(1), Fla. Stat.; and (2) there are no adverse impacts or regulatory costs of the rule which will exceed any of the criteria established in Section 120.541(2)(a), Fla. Stat.
