    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that Staff is soliciting comments regarding CenturyLink’s request to revise its Performance Measurement Plan in Florida. These revisions are consistent with recent revisions made in CenturyLink’s Nevada Performance Measurements Plan as adopted by the Nevada Public Utilities Commission. Staff requests that comments regarding any needed changes to the current plan and comments on CenturyLink’s proposed changes be filed by Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Comments should be filed in Docket No. 000121B-TP and may be filed electronically with the Office of the Commission Clerk at https://secure.floridapsc.com/e-filings/efiling.aspx, or by U.S. Mail to: Florida Public Service Commission, Attn: Commission Clerk, 2540 Shumard Oak Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32399. An electronic version of any comments filed should also be provided to Jeff Bates at jbates@psc.state.fl.us. Comments should address any issues or concerns regarding whether Florida should adopt the Nevada Public Utilities Commission’s ordered revisions to the Performance Measurement Plan, filed with the Florida Public Service Commission on October 15, 2015, in docket 000121-B-TP.
