PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to add institutions of higher education with a teacher preparation program approved pursuant to s. 1004.04, F.S., as entities eligible to develop and implement a professional learning system and catalog, and remove Florida's Professional Learning Standards from this rule.
