GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Based on an Opinion filed on July 17, 2008 in the District Court of Appeal, First District, State of FL, the Review Committee is reconvening in order to score the Proposal submitted by Creative Choice for Villas at Palm Bay in response to Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s Request for Proposals #2006-05 for Community Workforce Housing Innovation Pilot Program (CWHIP).
