Hernandez, CPA, on behalf of Valiente Hernandez, P.A., seeking the Board’s interpretation of Section 473.318, Florida Statutes, and a determination of whether that section has precedence over Sections 119.073 and 190.009, F.S., concerning the disclosure of public records for a CPA firm, has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement published in Vol. 34, No. 31 of the August 1, 2008, issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
