    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Joseph Scofield, President of Advanced Manufacturing & Power Systems, Inc. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 553.844(4), Florida Statutes, Order number DCA09-DEC260, and Chapters 4 & 16, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.
    Petitioner is an approved modular building manufacturer that also provides products, specifically electrical generator enclosures that are designed for use in High Velocity Hurricane Zones in Florida. Petitioner seeks clarification of the requirements of the above-referenced provisions in order to properly produce its products.
