NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 02, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.002(95) and Section II.K of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan ("QAP") from Silver Pointe Development Partners, LLC, to allow the requested credit exchange to be approved before the fourth calendar quarter of 2019 and to approve the exchange of 2017 tax credits for 2018 tax credits.
