NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 29, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b) (05/18/2021) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions (Rev. 03-2021) and for Board Approval Pursuant to paragraph 67-21.003(8)(b) (05/18/2021) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions (Rev. 03-2021) from Vineland Family Apartments, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to change its organizational structure prior to Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond loan closing.
