PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is proposing to amend the rules governing drug testing laboratories to update forms incorporated by reference, remove duplicative language found in Chapter 408, F.S. and Chapter 59A-35, F.A.C. for conformity with current statutory provisions and delete unnecessary provisions.
