PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is proposing to amend the rules governing the licensure application process within Chapter 59A-35, F.A.C., Health Care Licensing Procedures to update the Home for Special Services application form incorporated by reference and remove forms incorporated in authorizing rules.
